At Smiley Naturals, we are committed to delivering our premium natural products to you quickly and safely. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping methods, delivery times, costs, and other important information.
Shipping Zones
Domestic Shipping (India)
We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. Our products are dispatched from our farms in Andhra Pradesh and delivered to your address through our trusted courier partners.
International shipping is currently not available. We are working to expand our services globally in the near future.
Shipping Costs
FREE Shipping on Orders Above ₹500
Enjoy free shipping on all orders with a total value of ₹500 or more. No coupon code required!
For orders below ₹500, a flat shipping fee of ₹50 will be charged at checkout.

Order Processing
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed, and another email with tracking details once your order is shipped.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your shipment using:
- The tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email
- Your account dashboard under "My Orders"
- The courier company's website using the tracking number
Shipping Partners
We work with trusted courier partners including Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders. The courier partner is selected based on your location and product availability.
Delivery Address
Please ensure that you provide a complete and accurate delivery address with:
- Full name of recipient
- Complete address with house/flat number, building name, street
- Landmark (if applicable)
- Correct PIN code
- Active contact number
We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
Failed Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make 2-3 delivery attempts. If delivery fails due to:
- Recipient not available
- Incorrect address or contact details
- Refused delivery
The order will be returned to us. Return shipping charges may apply for reshipment, or you can request a refund as per our Refund Policy.
Packaging
All our products are carefully packaged to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. We use eco-friendly packaging materials whenever possible, including recyclable boxes and biodegradable fillers. For fragile items, we provide additional protective packaging.
Shipping During Holidays
Please note that during festive seasons and public holidays, delivery times may be longer than usual due to increased order volumes and courier service limitations. We appreciate your patience during these peak periods.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery (for damaged items)
- Provide photos of the damaged product and packaging
- Do not discard the damaged product until the issue is resolved
We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Non-Serviceable Areas
While we strive to deliver to all locations in India, some remote areas may not be serviceable by our courier partners. If your PIN code is non-serviceable, you will be notified at checkout or within 24 hours of order placement. We will issue a full refund in such cases.
