Eligibility for Returns

- Product must be unused and in the same condition as received
- Product must be in its original packaging with all labels intact
- Product seal/safety seal (if any) must be unbroken
- Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Products with broken seals or opened packaging (for hygiene and safety reasons)
- Products that have been used or consumed
- Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
- Products past the 14-day return window
- Gift cards and promotional items

How to Request a Return

Provide Details

Get Approval

Return the Product
Pack the product securely in its original packaging. We will arrange a pickup from your address or provide you with return shipping instructions.
Receive Refund
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Return Shipping

Refund Method

- Cash on Delivery: Refunded via bank transfer to your provided account details
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you need a different product, please request a refund for the original item and place a new order for the desired product. This ensures faster processing and delivery.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be granted:
- Products with obvious signs of use
- Products returned after 14 days but within 30 days (at our discretion)
- Products missing components or accessories
- Products damaged during return shipping (not covered by insurance)
Order Cancellations
Before Shipping: You can cancel your order free of charge any time before it is shipped. Contact us immediately at support@smileynaturals.com with your order number.
After Shipping: Once the order is shipped, you cannot cancel it. However, you can refuse delivery or return the product as per this refund policy.
Refund for Cancellations: Cancellation refunds are processed within 3-5 business days.

• All return requests must be initiated within 14 days from the delivery date. No exceptions will be made after this period.
• Products must be returned with all original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories.

• For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened food products unless they are defective.
