Products
Yes! Our "Smiley Naturals Organic" range is grown on our own farm in Andhra Pradesh using natural farming methods. We use no chemical pesticides, fertilizers, or artificial additives. Our sourced products under "Smiley Naturals Select" are carefully selected from trusted organic suppliers.
Our oils are extracted using traditional wooden cold-press (Ghani) methods at temperatures below 50°C. This preserves the natural nutrients, flavour, and aroma that are lost in commercially refined oils.
Shelf life varies by product. Our powders (Moringa, Turmeric) last 6-12 months when stored in a cool, dry place. Cold-pressed oils last 4-6 months. Each product label has a best-before date. Since we use no preservatives, we recommend consuming products fresh.
Store powders in airtight containers in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Oils should be stored in a cool, dark place. Avoid refrigerating oils as they may solidify — this is natural and does not affect quality.
Orders & Shipping
We ship within 1-2 business days of order confirmation. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Metro cities usually receive orders in 3-4 days. We ship across India via trusted courier partners.
Yes! We offer free shipping on orders above a certain amount. The exact threshold is shown at checkout. For orders below the threshold, a flat shipping fee applies.
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and courier details. You can also track your order on our Track Order page. If you checked out as a guest, use your order ID and email to track.
You can request a cancellation before the order is shipped by contacting us at support@smileynaturals.com or calling +91-70326 90550. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you can initiate a return after delivery.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product is damaged, defective, or not as described. Products must be unused and in original packaging. Please contact us with photos of the issue for a quick resolution.
Once we receive and verify the returned product, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method.
Account & Payment
We accept UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, and popular wallets through Razorpay. All transactions are 100% secure and encrypted.
No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders, save addresses, and enjoy a faster checkout experience next time.
